We have introduced a computerized integrated management system in the manufacturing line from receipt of orders to delivery of finished products. We are fully equipped with machinery including a very rare the-state-of-the-art nap machine, shirring machine, a piloerection knitting machine which can delicately adjust the angle of piles, double-width rotary printing machine, ink jet textile printing machine, and a computer-controlled CCM which accurately measures an unlimited number of color shades.
We deliver reliable products as a result of our original technologies such as applied polymer technology (special finishes such as antibacterial, anti-odor and fire resistance) coupled with high quality production technology and quality control.
Fabrics are sent to our factories.
Knitted fabrics produced by ‘the Knitter’, our production team, are stored until orders are placed by our client. Launch means transfer of the required amount of fabric into the factory.
|Fabrics are unrolled and spread out, then tied together.
This is the process of unrolling and tying of the fabrics which have been sent to our factories, with other sheets of fabric to make them into large sheets spread out for the next processes.
|Fabrics are dyed in dyeing machines.
This is the process of diffusion of dye molecules to fabric under high temperature water using large dyeing machines. This is also where additional features such as water-resistance are added to fabric.
|Fabric is treated for a nap finish.
Here, a large raising machine is used to alter the flat surface of a sheet of fabric to have a fluffed up finish with naps. A good example is fleece.
This is the printing process of fabric.
Large printers are engaged to continuously print various patterns onto fabric.
It adds finishing touches to the surface.
With specially designed machines and facilities, fabrics can be treated with various finishes.

This process involves removal of creases made during the dyeing process or reshaping and providing of dimensional stability. Special properties such as antibacterial or water resistance may be added here.
|Fabric is inspected, rolled and packed.
The finished product is inspected for its color, quality and properties, then rolled and packed with films.
|Fabric is delivered to our clients.
The packed fabric is delivered to the destination designated by our clients.
